Jamie joined Ogeechee OB/GYN in September 2022, bringing with her a deep passion for women’s health and a strong clinical background.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia Southern University in 2013. Following graduation, she spent three years working in the Intensive Care Unit before transitioning to Labor and Delivery, where she cared for mothers and babies for six years. It was during this time that her passion for women’s healthcare truly took root and inspired her to further her education.

In 2020, Jamie returned to South University to pursue her Master of Science in Nursing. She graduated in 2022 and is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Continuing her commitment to advancing women’s healthcare, she went on to complete her Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) degree in 2025. She is proud to be the first Certified Nurse Midwife on staff at Ogeechee OB/GYN and the first delivering CNM at East Georgia Regional Medical Center.

A proud Statesboro native, Jamie still calls this community home. She lives here with her husband, Mitchell, and their two sons. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to new places, and getting lost in a good book.

At the end of the day, she feels right at home caring for the women in the same community that raised her—and there’s just something special about getting to walk alongside families during some of life’s most meaningful moments.
